1. Construction of high voltage and very high voltage overhead lines

The sphere of business of the Vertex Engineers Company is the erection of electric overhead lines of 132,220 Kv and 220, 132, 33 KV Sub-Station within the transmission and distribution system of the Country power sector.

Since its foundation, i.e. For more than 20 years, the Company has been engaged in the erection of electric overhead power lines. During this time the Company has erected extra high voltage (EHV) transmission lines/EHT Sub-Station in the Country transmission network system.

Maintanence Of Transmission Lines

Regarding the fact that our Company provides complete erection of transmission lines and has a perfect outfit for such work, certainly we can provide you with useful services in the field of maintenance of your lines as well. Here we offer footing improvements, reinforcement of replacement of conductor joints. Furthermore, we replace wires and earth wires without any contact to the means by a special technology. We strung Conductor in one side of the tower with other circuit in live condition

2. Steel Structure division

This division is first of all interested in supplies of steel structures of lattic type tower as for transmission lines of high and extra high voltage, subsidiary and main steel structure for sub-stations up to 400kV. Our firm is qualified to provide supplies from design over production to building realization. The following examples of single types of towers are taken out from the connected series of towers for wide spectrum of utilization for transmission line on 220kV, 132kV and 400kV.

Steel Lattice Towers 33kV

Lattice welded structure from rolled equal angles. Surface treatment - coating or hot galvanizing. The service is in a range according to the vertex traction form 12KN to 80KN and according to the height of the tower form 12 to 24 m. Equipment with brackets according to demand of investor.

Steel Lattice Towers 2X132KV AND 4X132KV

Steel lattice structure form rolled equal angles either all-bolted structure or in combination with welded parts. Surface treatment-coating or hot galvanizing. Suspension according to specific application into support, tension, anchor, branch of underpass towers.

Steel Lattice Towers 220KV

Steel lattice structure from rolled equal angles, welded design with possibility of alternative design of screwed parts. Surface
treatment of structure - coating or hot galvanizing.

Steel Lattice Towers 1x400KV, 2x400KV and 3x400KV

Steel lattice structure form rolled equal angles, in all-screwed design. Surface design of structure - coating or hot galvanizing. The service is divided according to specific applications into support, tension, anchor and branch towers.

Steel Structure For Switching Stations 110KV AND 400KV

Steel lattice structure form rolled sections, welded of screwed, conceptually individually design for every building project.
Surface treatment - coating or hot galvanizing.

Lattice Towers For Voltage Transformation Up To 35KV

Lattice welded structure of rolled L-Profiles for vertex traction up to 30KN and working values up to 400KVA, 35KV and over voltage max 400MVA. Surface treatment - coating or hot galvanizing.

Concerning erection of overhead power lines of all 132,220,400kV voltage levels, Shall offer engineering services of separate services of design, production and construction of foundations, suspension material and grounding equipment on the domestic and international market.

Over the years, single circuit and double circuit steel lattice towers with standard aluminum steel conductors of 35/6, 50/8, 70/12, 95/15, 120/20, 150/25, 240/40, 360/57, 490/65 mm2 cross-section and all other conductor type have developed in conformity to IEC, BS, ASTM, DIN standards for all climatic conditions.

All tower types have been subjected to experimental load tests and corresponding test certificates have been issued.

The range of towers is sufficiently diverse to include all market requirements regarding technical conditions and efficiency, technical solutions are easy to be applied in production, erection and maintenance of transmission lines.
